The version 9.02 is fine?

The version 9.02 is fine? Can I update it? I am afraid that there will be some problems.

I'm running 9.0.2 on my iPhone since the day it was released, and I didn't face any problems since then.
iOS 9.0.2 came with bug fixes and a security patch. It's the only software signed by Apple right now, so if you install it, you can't revert to an earlier version.
