how come when i am on facebook or appstore or liveprofile my texts dont come to my phone then when i exit it they take like 20 mins after i close the program to get to my phone is there a way of fixing this ?? my iphone 3g is jailbroken

its a 3g for one but i would reload it i was you have you tried to reset the network?
