Texting

I've spoke with Version and Apple. When I send a text to multiple contacts only one receives it. iMessage,SMS,group and MMS are on. The people have different type phones but all have their systems set correctly. Apple said reset my phone that seems like a real pain. Is this a common occurrence?

Out of curiosity...is it the same group of people? Is it always the same person that receives it? Do the others that DON'T receive it, otherwise get messages from you individually OK?

You could try a hard reset first...hold the on/off button and the home button until the apple logo appears, and then let go. Let it reboot..takes a minute or so. That clears glitches occasionally.

If you restore, make sure to back it up first and restore from that. If it's still happening you might have to try a clean wipe. Hopefully someone else will chime in with some better ideas for you. Good luck.

No the people vary, but if I send the individual in the group that didn't get it they receive it fine. Thanks
