When I record a voice memo with the Iphone native app and try to send via sms text message ( to non idevice users) it first attempts to sends it as an iMessage, then 10 or 15 seconds later, when it realizes that the recipient cannot receive iMessage, it quickly switches to SMS text.
I am running:
Iphone 5, 64 gig on Sprint
IOS version 6.0.2
Has anyone experienced this or can someone try to replicate this to see if it's a common problem?
