Tethering has stopped working iPhone 4

After getting busted by ATT for tethering a couple of months ago, I have been paying $25 extra per month for a tethering plan with 4 gigs of data. In the past few days it has stopped working. Neither the onboard tethering nor the "Tether Me" app work. I click them on, tap on "USB" connection then... nothing. Usually, at the top of the screen, a blue box with the words "internet tethering" (or something like that) starts softly flashing. It no longer does this and my laptop does not detect it. I am able to get online using the jb app "MyWi 5.0" Of course, I have rebooted the phone several times.

Any suggestions?

could be that you have used up the 4GB limit? unless att just start charging you per MB after you use up the 4

No, it automatically bumps another gig for $10 when you hit the limit. I did get it to work, though. I did a network setting reset and the tethering immediately started working.
