Tapping won't work

When I search my search comes up so I tap images on top and all images come up if I tap on an image I get nothing , this happens on my iPad and iPhone weather I am using safari or dolphin. I have not changed anything or recently did any updates. Any ideas

Here's an example
I put in modeltrailways and at the top you can see images I tap on and when these images come up tapping on them dose nothing. Before it would open up

Now I just tried it and after two days of not working it works??
This was happening on my iPad and iPhone using safari or dolphin, strange. We will see how long it works.
