Parental approval of app installs not working on the parent side.

When I try to install an app from my child’s phone it send me a text saying he want approval to install an app. But there isn’t any option to approve anything? When I tap on the words nothing happens. When I tap on the image it brings me to the App Store for ME to download the app. Please help.

Take a look at your own iPhone. You should get a message asking you to to approve or deny the request to download the app. Tapping on the notification should give you the options to deny or approve the request.
