From now on, T-Mobile will start offering additional support to costumers who are using Apple iPhones within the network. Now users have the opportunity to enquire about common procedures, get extra information about features and specification and other basic device questions. T-Mobile is hosting more than a million iPhone, despite not having an official agreement with Apple.

Unfortunately the iDevices can only use the slow 2G EDGE network and this situation isn’t going anywhere too fast, so T-Mobile figured it should at least try and help the costumers who have a hard time operating the smartphones.

Users will be just one call away from reaching tech support. At the other end of the line, the staff in charge of solving your problems will quickly access support information in order to deal with the issues more quickly.

Well sure, this isn’t much, when considering the 2G EDGE network issues and lack of data plans, but at least T-Mobile has made steps towards accepting the fact that there are iPhones within the network and that their users might have issues that need to be dealt with. The support is offered for devices that can be purchased live at the store or from home sitting at your computer.
