Syncing Won't Finish

When I plug my phone into my computer it start syncing my phone but it just keeps saying "Finish Syncing" but it never does! Thanks for any help! There are 7 steps to the sync but it only shows 6!

You may have an app that is hanging it up. Uncheck to sync apps and see if it goes through. Make sure all your apps are up to date. Did this start after upgrading to iOS7? If so, you may have to restore your phone.
