syncing with a new itunes but want to keep all the music on my ph now

my computer has recently crapped out on me and i want to download some new music to my iphone but when i go to sync with the new itunes it says im going to lose all my music how can i keep the music i already have and put new stuff onto my ph? help anyone..=)

you have to get multiTunes it's an app on cydia.
assuming you're jailbroken , it lets you have multiple itunes libraries
