Syncing photos?

Sorry for the newbie question but is there a way to sync my camera roll to my home computer? I can sync all my home computer folders to the iphone but I don't know how to get photos from iphone to computer. Thanks for any help.

Go to "My computer" there you will see your iPhone display amount your different other HDD or connected devices. Double click on your iPhone there to open the content, double click again again to see your pics/vids you can copy them from there to any other location in your computer.
