Sync music. Helpp

Have syncd over 1000 songs on my phone. Den my computer crashed. Now those songs are not on my computer. But i got som more songs i want to sync. Will i loose the songs on my phone i have already?? If so, is there a way around it. Plz help

You drag them from the iTunes library to the iPhone
