Sync fails: Waiting for changes to be applied.

Weird issue today. Decided to backup and sync my iPhone 6, IOS 10.3.2, to iTunes on my iMac, macOS Sierra 10.12.5.

Back up went well. I rearranged some apps and then went for the sync. Got through steps 1-4 and then comes step 5. Zipped through it and closed the sync!! Less than 2 seconds and did NOT apply any changes. Tried several times. Changed lightening connection cords. Same issue. Cannot get my changed applied to my phone. The changes are evident in the screen in iTunes.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Please disregard!!

I went in to try once again. First went to view the changes I made. They had been reversed! Why? I have no idea. So, I again made adjustments to my app organization and sync'd. Bam! Worked perfectly.

Maybe I held my lip just right. [emoji120]
