i got iphone4 locked with tellus canada. i wanna unlock it. its ios6 now. suggestions needed to unlock as soon as possible. thank u in advance.

Since you're iPhone 4 is on iOS 6... it's going to be on a Baseband that isn't unlockable via software or hardware. Your only options are.... checking w/ Tellus to see if they'll unlock from their providor... or an IEMI unlock (not what we recommend... simply because you're paying for an unlock and will have no idea what loop-hole or backdoor the individual unlocking your iDevice is using.)

An imei or factory unlock would be your best option due to the fact you are on iOS 6

eBay has reputable unlockers too, if you're willing to take a 10$ risk vs 100$ from telus. Not sure how much they would charge but you get the Idea
