Hey. I was frustrated here with this site. (I'm new) So again I googled calendar disappears and came up with cnet forum. I hope I have the answer I needed. i am not trying to sync with any other calendars. Mr. macfixit (?) on cnet addressed this problem: turn off calendar sync. I have done that. Calendar sync was checked for outlook even though I don't have outlook since windows mail replaced outlook. Fingers are crossed.
