Still Treading Water

Hi,

I'm Tom and a new owener of an iphone 4. I'm here because I'm recovering from the corruption of my Windows Live Mail contact files on my 2 synced computers. My iphone (and the itunes backup on my computer ) has the only good copy of my contacts including contact groups. I'm trying to figure how to restore my Windows Live mMail contact from my iphone. Any ideas?

Have you checked your windows address book for contacts. iTunes may have backed them up in there...

Thanks for the response. Itunes backs up the iphone in a randomly named backup file on the PC. I believe my problem is more of a Windows problem instead of an iphone problem. When I tried to import contacts from Windows address book. Windows Live Mail (WLM) just duplicated everything. Now I have double the number of contacts in WLM. I need to learn more more about this.
