I have it turned on in settings yet I cannot make 'Contacts' appear in Spotlight..?
I don't mean the app itself; I'm referring to finding individual names inside Contacts.

If you swipe right from the left side of the home screen, recent contacts should appear in spotlight. They don't appear if you swipe down from near the top of the home screen. This is on my iPad. It doesn't work on my iPhone.
