Iphone spotlight search contacts name deleted messages show up

When I type in a contacts name in the spotlight search deleted messages sent to that person shows up. Are these messages the most recently deleted ones? Please help ASAP

If you can see them with spotlight, they're not deleted. They're "archived" if you will. To view "archived" texts, just scroll up the conversation with that person and tap on Load More. The older messages are hidden or the message app only displays a certain number of texts and hides the rest to conserve cache
