Spotlight on the iphone seems to have restrictions on the fields it searches. For example, if I can't remember someone's name, but I remember their department, I type the department name (entered into "job title" field of contacts). Spotlight can't find the contacts. If I type the name in, Spotlight finds it. Which fields work and which don't? I've gone through Settings, etc and everything pertaining to Spotlight is turned on.
I have similar problems finding events in the Calendar -- some come up, some don't.
