MediaSpeak is a simple Cydia Tweak which will speak the track name and artist of the current song playing. Every time your song changes or you select a different track it will speak your selection. Sometimes this thing can fall behind if your are switching track too quickly and will have to catch up which gets a bit annoying. But if you are a big headphone user listening to a bunch of random songs your haven't heard before this could help. MediaSpeak can be found for FREE under the Big Boss Repo.
