snowflake loop

hi everyone, I'm new with the iphone and a friend of me give me one that it's really damage in the screen and dont power on... I asume that someone was trying to install something and it fails. Now, I cant enter in any mode of the phone and it shows the snowflake icon when I conect it to the computer, that icons shows for at least 5 seconds and then the phone restart and show that icon again... once I disconect it from the computer, the phone simply doesn't turn on...

is there a way to workaround this, I think that the power botton doesnt work either...

any advice is really appreciate.

It looks like a booth loop(i assume). Try with redsnow or tinyumbrella. If you are lucky, maybe the phone had newest mobile supstrate which allows you to booth when you hold volume up button. I would connect it to the pc and with itools tryed to see what is ios and bb and go from there.
