Siri can't find my client's business...

He owns a mortgage company, and when he's at his office, he'll ask Siri for mortgage companies nearby, and Siri will list others around there but not his. We've already listed his business with Apple maps, including important keywords, is there anything else we can do?

Will it find his company if he asks when he's somewhere other than his office? If so, it may because Siri knows he's at the office and doesn't need to find it.

I think Siri gets restaurant information from Yelp, I could be wrong but it's worth get a business listing there too even as a mortgage company. It's obviously worth registering with Google as well if he hasn't already.
