sim & Iphone contacts, not outlook

Does any one know how to back up my telephone contacts from my IP3 to my new IP4, I would really appreciate some help with this.

If you sync your contacts to iTunes then when you plug in your new phone choose to set it up as your 3GS and your contacts will be synced to your iPhone 4...
