sync more than one contact from outlook

Hi,


I was wondering if I can get some help with the question I have regarding synchronizing more than one contact between laptop and IPhone 4.
In Outlook 2010, I created two contacts folder e.g. Personal and Work that I'd like to get them sync with my IPhone 4.


The way I normally sync them is by plugging it to my laptop which runs on windows 7.


The question is what should I do to be able to sync my Personal and Work with my IPhone.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
