Can i get my phone contacts on to my sim card ? they are stored in the phone but not on the sim, how do i put them on to the sim?

Unfortunately, with the iPhone there's no way to do this. The only way to save your contacts is via the iTunes backup or have them synced to an email account.

There is a app called mc backup and it downloads your contacts then you email them to you. Then open the email and if you have to you can download them from there
