I assume you're talking to me? The lockscreen theme is a modification of the LS Stripey theme by discordante. Since LS Stripey is a dbarevolutions theme you'll have to sign up there and then pm me and I'll give you a link.

For the icons and UI, they are from the Origin theme. You can find that in the ThemeIt app. The springboard layout is a slight modification of SB Timeline which is in the modmyi origin thread (you can pm me for a link).
