Several problems?

Hi everybody!
I bought an iPhone 7 with broken lcd, changed to a new one, no problems. But when I starten the phone microphone is not working, either the earspeaker.
I have the buttonsounds and can play music with Spotify.
Also the button for speakerphone is grey and not clickable.
Please help me

You may have inadvertently damaged something when changing the screen.

There’s no way to tell from your description but it could be connectors or components on the logic board. Does the Touch ID still work as well as the haptic feedback?
