Its an individual decision. No one has access to my iPhone ever, I may set different limits than you do. i do not limit my screen time but I can see how useful that might be for others. I also have different privacy needs than you might. Go thru the set up and see what is offered, you are not obligated to use it.

Well, if you have children, you may want to restrict what they watch or the time they spend using their device.

You're welcome, but the idea would be for the restrictions to apply to the children's phones not yours.
