Sent email not in sent folder

Hi,

When I send an email from my iPhone the email doesnt appear in my sent folder.

Is there a setting I'm missing

Which email protocol are you using, i.e,. Exchange, or Imap?

If it's Imap do the followings:

1. Go to Setting>Mail etc>Your account>Account Info>Advanced>
2. In your Mailbox behaviors, change your setting for your Sent Mailbox (also Draft and Deleted if you want). It will allow you to save you Sent Mail on your iPhone or on the server.

If it's Exchange setting (I use Google Sync - Gmail) then the Sent folder would be automatic. If you don't see it, you might have the same problem I had. Check out my posting here http://www.iphone4forum.net/forum/i...-gmail-via-google-sync-exchange-setting-4843/ for possible solutions.
If it's not Google Sync check in your Exchange if you have duplicate folders.
