Sent and received usage

Will I be charged for both cuz I've had my iPhone for like not even a week. And it says sent 150 mb received 2.1 gb...I haven't watched ne vids or Nething I'm only on a 1 gb a month plan.....I did download a shitload of apps n games tho?
