How to send (export) iPhone 5 contacts to a Windows 7 PC without iTunes using freeware?
Is it possible to do this using Bluetooth or I must use USB cable?

You'd need an email or enterprise account signed in as your mail account. Then you'd export your contacts over to that email account, then port it over from your email onto your PC. Unless you have iTunes installed, your computer will not recognize your iPhone because you can only get the iPhone driver by first installing iTunes, then it would contact Apple's servers or mirrors for a driver for your device
