Safe Mode always on

I JB this phone a while ago.
Recently, when I boot, it always goes to safe mode when booted.
Does this matter? It seems to work OK as does Cydia etc
(I am using Redsn0w to boot).
First time I noticed that it was in sfae mode was when Safari and a couple of other apps, immediately crashed.
After booting, after a while I get the springboard crashed message.
I am on IPhone 4 6.0, have not done the upgrade.

Something you have installed in Cydia will be causing this, I'd start to uninstall any tweaks you installed

You installed an app that conflicts with your device or another tweak. Often times its because it's incompatible with your ios
