Ringer,key pad , and text stopped working after small four foot drop

wondering if anyone has experienced or similar Dropped phone while turned off about four feet. Now the Ringer,key pad and text alerts stopped working.

Does it means that the fall affected the software? It should have been the hardware instead, but try a soft reset and see what happen.

Problem solved!!
Called Verizon technical service and found a simple hidden ringer switch got jarred and was turned off. The switch was hidden by the otter case and I had never used it. Previous post erratic due to limit on words in post.
