hi,

some kids were playing with the iphone, and when they handed it back to me, the normally white background has become black, and all the colors seem reversed, how to get it back to its original form

They probably switched the display. To change it back, go to Settings > General > Accessibility and ensure "White on Black" is OFF. That should turn your display back to normal.
