The 3GS iphone we have is stuck in recovery mode, and we don't have a backup for it. We tried all kinds of software, none sees the iphone or solves anything (tinyumbrella, touch copy, iexplorer...) Anyone knows if there is a way to recover the contacts? I read on a blog (Warning: iPhone 'Restore' does not delete personal data | iPhone Atlas - CNET Reviews) that even if we restore the iphone, the contacts will not be erased, all personal data will be in a unpartitioned space of the hard drive. But how do we read that part of the hard drive?

It doesn't show up in Itunes, but we can switch between recovery and DFU mode. I was wondering if we did a restore if we can retrieve the contacts afterwards. From what I understood there are 2 partitions on the iphone hard drive, one for the system, and the other for the actual data.Leaving aside the stupidity of losing the data connection when you reinstall the system, according to the article from my initial post, the data should be still on the data partition, just that the system can not read it anymore, and saving other contacts will override the previous data.
The question is, is there a software that can read that partition and recover my data?

We decided to give up retrieving the contacts and do a restore, but that doesn't work either. I tried restoring from iTunes and I kept getting errors like 3194, 1601 ...
So I did a jailbreak to 4.2.1. but that didn't work properly either (probably because I am a noob and apple doesn't sign that firmware anymore), but finally i managed to start it using redsnow and jailbreaking it to 5.1. Unfortunately it doesn't find the network, or wifi and Bluetooth. So I tried restoring it from iTunes and i keep getting error 10 or 1, and from what i read 10 has something to do with the baseband. I tried to update the baseband using the check in redsnow, but i get error allocate(233) and redsnow crashes :(. Anyone has any ideas how to fix it?

iPhone provides lots of advance features to its users. It allows you to create backup of all the contacts. Recently I was suffering with iPhone contacts loss issue. It was very disastrous situations for me because it contains some of my personal contact. Suddenly one of my friend advised me about backup iphone contact tools. I just downloaded it and installs in to my PC. I connect my iPhone and run the backup software over it. The software provide an effective scanning algorithm and recover back my missed contact. As per my knowledge ***Moderation Notice*** is a best recovery tools to recover missed iPhone contacts.
