Repeat alerts in notifications

Is anyone having trouble with this,i just never get a repeat alert,i have tried everything,i have it set to repeat 5 times but i get nothing,has anyone else had this and fixed it?

I did for Facebook and Instrgram for the longest time, fb fixed itself after the last update but ig still doesn't, everything else seems to work.
