Repairing logic board

I have extremely poor service on one of my iPhone 4 I have the blue coil still in place I've replaced the antenna and I have even switched chassis' still nothing . I was told maybe I need the antenna port replaced because it has a split in it but if it makes any sense if I put my finger nail in between the antenna cover plate and the antenna plug and rest my finger on the frame I get service . Help please
