Is there anyway my iPhone can receive a wireless NTSC signal??

From what I can tell, via Google, NTSC is mainly used in wireless video home security monitoring.

NTSC is just a system we use in North America and other parts of the world for television, in Europe they use PAL which is a different format that isn't compatible with NTSC televisions.

Ugh... how do you know so much?!? LOL!!!

sorry i should explain myself.
i work in the movie business and the cameras we use most of the time if not film cameras are HD Cameras (Epic, Alexa, Genesis). on the cameras are down-converters and transmitters so people on set can see whats going on little monitors via transmitted NTSC signal. I was wondering if i could somehow pick up these signals with my iPhone and view them without having to buy and carry a seperate monitor

Not unless the hardware you are using to broadcast the signal has an app specifically designed for that purpose
