You're you can just respring from sb settings.

This is straight there. I not seen any reboot/restart app or anything? on my SB without that anyways.

Nope but never really properly used SBsettings before. lately i have been playing around with the jailbreaking and what not on my iPhone that alot of things i have well not got back. i just find Respring is faster if you i guess in this case don't have SBsettings lol

Download gpower it's awesome you hold down the power button and it has reboot turn off and respring
