Rear facing microphone, hiss, can you buy this part?

So I have a iPhone 6 and when I do a video using the rear camera I get just a hint of sound and some hiss. I've checked what I've rear to check and figure I just might try replacing the mic. Trouble is, I can find it for sale anywhere. It's not part of the rear camera and appears to be a separate part. Has anyone ever found these available somewhere?

Any other help, I'm all ears. Tks in advance.
