None of the iPhone's have a radio. You can download internet radio apps like Pandora and TuneIn.

If you have VLC on your PC, you can stream any of the radio stations it contains on Safari.

Different machines.... are you refering to syncing to different computers at different times?

So... let's say you have your computer at home and your computer at work. You want to be able to sync w/ both of them. The most straight forward way to do this is to have an exact match of the iTunes items on your work computer as your home computer. Meaning, you'll need to make copies (to a writable CD/DVD) of all your music, ringtones, etc... from the main computer and add them to your iTunes of your other. Basically, both computers need to mirror each other... as far as iTunes goes. Because, if something is NOT on one computer but is on the other... you'll find yourself with said items sometimes and without other times.
