question about 3GS 8gb phone

Hi i'm thinking of getting this as my first i phone,

does gmail come in fast notifications and also will i05 work?

Only the iPhones 3G and up will work on IOS 5 (and iPods 3&4) and Gmail also works very accurate.

I got my 3Gs 8gb for a year and its really a very good iphone model and it runs great on ios5!!

i have tmobile so i have to buy an unlocked verison. on the apple site they sell the 3gs verizon for $375.

does the i phone have a slot to put a sims card?

Yes it has. A friend of mine got it from amazon.
