problems!!! Cant get fox news or downloadmusic

Can't download facebook or fox news app also cannot pay and download music/ video but can load music. What gives????

Strange. I've got both the apps you noted, and they work fine. Keep trying, I guess. You are talking about an non-jailbroken iPhone 4, right?
