Problem with push notification

My iPhone 433 push notification does not work, even my viber can't get code , please help!!!!

Try the usual procedure first, a hard reset -- Home and Power buttons simultaneously and let go when the Apple logo appears. No joy, reset network settings. Other than that, perhaps others could help out here. Good luck.
