I just tried to open up my 3GS as I need to replace the home button. However, instead of the whole front screen part popping out, only the front glass did. The rest of it doesn't seem to be shifting at all, and now it won't sit back in properly due to pulling the top up slightly when it popped out. Additionally, the screen has now stopped responding as I think one of the cables has come loose. I can put this back in if I can get the rest of it apart, but it's not budging. Any ideas? Thanks
