Is your weather widget showing in your notification center ? Forecast's settings are under the stock weather widget settings.

I've tried uninstalling and re installing the tweak a few times and zilch.

Did this to see if I could actually do a "theme". It works fine. I personally would like the time and date smaller but don't know how to do that.
