POSIX Connection refused

I continue to get this no matter what hour I use cydia to download many of the tweaks. Any thoughts?

There are people all over the world... all hours of our days and nights... running this Jailbreak then downloading tweaks/packages via Cydia. It's a good possibility that some of the repo servers were overwhelmed and taken off line temporarily. Give it some time... try again later on today. Tomorrow if possible.
