about an hour ago my i-phone 4 started vibering and the screen is all black-i tried to switch it off but its not working...please help as soon as possible cause i;m on a trip and really need it

Best bet is switch it off and back on, hold the top button right hand button and swipe off, wait for a few minutes and and restart.

Meanwhile, most computer errors are caused by sheer panic, the above often sorts it .

Like they have said in the post before me, try doing the hard reset and if this doesnt help and the phone is new enough you might want to return it for a new one.

If phone s not responding to it's buttons then simply leave itnto discharge fully, recharge and see how it go's
