Please help me! Syncing Photos

First post!

I have an iPhone 4 with all the updated software but I can't get my photos on the iPhone to all sync to my pictures.

Also, when I move photos do I then delete them out of my library on the phone once photos are in a separate album I made?

I thought this would be easy.

You want to sync your iPhone pictures to you computer photo folder?
Connect your iPhone to your computer, open My Computer and clic on your iPhone icon there, navigate within it to locate your photos, select them and copy them to your picture folder on your computer.
