I know u can plug in ur iphone to ur pc via usb and transfer the pics that way

After connecting your iPhone to your computer, go to "My Computer" and there you will see the icon of your iPhone, explore in the iPhone to locate your pictures, copy them and paste them anywhere you want in your computer.

You may need to rotate your pics once you copy them. This JPEG-EXIF auto rotate software works well and keeps the iPhone EXIF info.
